Originally built in 1915 as the neighborhood corner grocery store, this gallery space is surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants, shops and the 64-acre Powderhorn Park. This spaces is great for pop-ups, yoga classes, workshops, meetings, etc. There is a small kitchenette area with utensils, sink, fridge and microwave. Handicap accessibility from back door and accessible ADA bathroom.

Ephraim was super helpful, friendly, and easy to get ahold of. The space was perfect for our art pop-up - lots of natural lighting, enough space, and plenty of seating. Would absolutely book again.
