This airy vintage rehab is decorated with flea market finds and custom built furnishings. Two bedrooms, primary with a queen bed includes a walk-in closet with a vanity(no sink). The other is a smaller guest room with a full bed. The fully functional kitchen includes a sink and a range, has wall-mounted shelves, and custom cabinets. The pantry houses the refrigerator and microwave. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is original wood flooring, tin-pressed ceilings, and mouldings. The building is 140 years old, with plenty of character(imperfections). Ask about the additional production space in the basement studio.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
