Designed as a fully styled, design-forward setting for elevated daytime and early evening events, with a layout that can be arranged to support dining, presentations, social lounges, and photo moments. The space features multiple styled areas, including a lounge, bedroom set, tropical cabana, and “The Oasis,” our built-in stage, all set against limewash walls and signature arches. Large south- and west-facing windows bring in abundant natural light and strong golden hour throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For convenience, a private changing and staging area with steamer and clothing rack is available. A refreshment station with water, tea, and coffee is provided for guests. For events, the studio offers a private, design-forward environment that can be tailored to your layout and guest flow. The space comes furnished with your choice of 20 wicker lounge chairs or 20 folding chairs with white covers, two tables with white linens, and the existing lounge seating. A backdrop frame is available for photo moments, and a projector can be added for presentations, screenings, or meetings. For those who want a fully produced experience, we also offer event planning, design, and vendor coordination as an additional service. ACCESS & LOAD-IN The building is equipped with both man-operated passenger and freight elevators. Advance notice is required, and availability may be limited depending on building hours. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
