About the Space
Large open design studio/ office space 750 sq feet, open floor plan, boardroom meeting style tables with small kitchenette. This space has been used for yoga classes, business meetings, art shows, birthday & holiday parties, baby showers, work place happy hours, small business workshops and networking groups. Amazing natural light perfect for photography. Our office is very quiet, great for hosting one on one meetings or interviews. Office is located 2 blocks away from Cherry Creek Mall within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our studio can fit 40 people comfortably but we currently only have seating for 13 people. We can provide extra seating and tables for an additional fee and with proper notice. WiFi info is posted under the TV monitor.

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. We provide anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizer to have on site to use as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
