About the Space
Welcome to our about 1,690-square-foot(1,170sqft warehouse + 520sqft patio) located close to Downtown Culver City. This vast, open space serves as a blank canvas, perfect for a wide array of creative projects including filming, events, art exhibitions, photoshoots, and music events. Key features - Industrial aesthetic studio space approx. 1,700 sqft - A garage door for loading - AC(cooler/heater) is equipped - Lot of lights through skylight windows - A variety AV equipments are included - White drywalls - 12 x dimmable spotlights with up to 6000K - A furnished bar counter - ADA restroom Please reach out to us if the event time needs to be modified. We are open from 9-5 pm on the weekdays for a tour. Please inquire about a request for a viewing if you'd like to.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I recently hosted my birthday party at Kaz’s space, and it was perfect! Kaz was an amazing host—very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to walk the space in advance, which was super helpful in planning. The venue itself had everything we needed: tables, chairs, a bar, and even a fantastic outdoor area. My guests and I had a great time, and everyone commented on how great the space was. I would definitely rent here again!

Multiple things went wrong, nothing was ready when we arrived, they could find any of the stuff they told us they’d for have for most of the show. Examples of what they wasted our time looking for was 2 mics, xlr cables, and a mic stand. Setting us behind about 30 minutes and then telling us they couldn’t compensate us in any way even in time still forcing us to be out by our booking time even though they basically sabotaged us. The setup was cool but dear god do they not know how to run a venue

The space was perfect for our live band event, Kas was great to work with & made the process so easy! The bar table was great for hosting guests and the disco ball lighting added an awesome touch to the vibe. Would definitely recommend & book again in the future.
