Original 1961 Immaculate 5000 sq foot Content House with over 30 unique frames and a performance stage with theatre in a single location. Designed for digital content, this space boasts original 1961 MCM architecture and decor, multiple areas with beautiful rich wood, and modern local art and every color under the rainbow. This space is home to the underground artist community and performance art venue known as The MadNest, where creators across the city come together regularly for art experiences curated and hosted by artist and designer Ashley East.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
