Designed for digital content, this space boasts original 1961 MCM architecture and decor, multiple areas with beautiful rich wood, and modern local art and every color under the rainbow.

equipment loading can occur from several levels of the space, depending on where you are shooting. the hmu/dressing room is located downstairs.

wired for full band and lighting both indoors and outdoors. can accommodate commercial AV equipment. accessible outlets in every room. circuit breaker is in bottom level in the performance theatre area.

General Rules
No cigarette smoking inside the space.
No pets without permission.
No sharp objects, furniture, props, or equipment on any wood floors without protective rugs laid down.
No entry to 4th floor or any other roped off areas.
All ages are allowed in the space

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
