With capacity up to 500, we are your dream oasis surrounded by beautiful Malibu mountains and Malibu lake. Whether you’re getting married, celebrating a birthday, hosting a corporate retreat, or filming your next box office hit, we’ve got you covered! Home is 8300 square feet, lot is 2.5 acres and we have parking for over 75. There is a lounge, movie theater, sauna, and huge pool deck. Events are required to use our security, cleaning, valet (when 100+ guests). Fees determined based on guest count

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
