About the Space
A beautiful 1300 square foot studio space perfect for photo shoots, a quiet workspace, or educational workshops. Located in the warehouse district of Minneapolis, this building was built in 1885 and our space has been restored to show off the warm wood floors, white washed brick, and white exposed lofted ceilings. The space has 3 south-facing and 5 west-facing windows so the space gets beautiful light all day. The southern windows have floor to ceiling sheer white curtains to help diffuse light as needed on those extra sunny days. Has a variety of chairs an furniture options that can be used to your hearts desire. All of the walls are white and we do have one portion of the wall painted black for another beautiful background option. Entry is done through a call box and the space has a lock box for the door key to ensure easy access. The space *is* wheelchair accessible and our space is on the third floor with access to an elevator.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
