Welcome to the Union Terrace Conference Room, a versatile space perfect for various gatherings. With a classroom-style setup accommodating up to 27 people, everyone has a comfortable seat and ample table space. You'll find projectors and large whiteboards ready for presentations and brainstorming sessions. Privacy windows ensure a peaceful atmosphere, while guests can also enjoy access to nearby bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary coffee machine. Whether it's team meetings, conferences, workshops, or tests, our space is ideal for productive and collaborative sessions.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Tyler is the ideal host: very responsive, does what he promises to do, and accommodating… very professional and proactive. Aside from wifi issues, the room is inviting, well-lit and allows for flexible seating configurations. Really liked having a galley right outside with coffee and a vending machine with desirable snacks. Parking is very convenient too. The booking interface that Peerspace provides leaves a lot to be desired. The site is so rigid that we had to cancel and start reservations because it was difficult or impossible to edit details. The cancellation policy is very punitive and inflexible. We will book again from Tyler and his company but not via Peerspace if they don’t invest in improving site ease-of-use and a more equitable refund/cancellation policy.

This was the perfect space for our leadership training. There is ample parking, easy access to the room, and a nice space for snacks and lunch delivery. The spotty internet disconnected the projector, but the hosts were responsive by providing a cord to hardwire in. The only issue was access to the space in the morning to set up but beyond that, it was a great experience.

Tyler and team were so easy to work with! Loved the space and would definitely utilize again in the Littleton area if the need arises again!
