Large unique venue space for parties dancing music , meeting . Wifi projector with screen for sports, photos, and sharing memories. Lounge furniture for comfortable seating environment i sofas, chairs, tables can be easily moved around as needed on request .. There is also a bar area standard refrigerator, pizza oven & small convection oven for warming food. 2 bathrooms

Space needs to be closed by 11 pm outside seating if requested must be brought in
make sure the door is locked upon leaving with key pad at the door.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
