Spacious 1500 sq. foot creative space located in Old 4th Ward, directly on the beltline. Space is within walking distance to Krog Street market, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Free parking is available. This space is amazing for photography and film, lighting is included and available upon request. Also available for use as an event space for pop-up’s, corporate events, workshops, product launching, etc. There is self check-in available.
-Full kitchen for use which includes a sink, bar area, stove, refrigerator, -microwave, and Keurig.

Space is available for the following:
$160/hr for events with 5 hr. minimum
$135/hr for events with 10 hr. maximum
$120 cleaning fee required for events

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
