About the Space
The office space is well suited for someone who is self-employed, an independent contractor, or who wishes to see clients in a quite professional setting. There is a waiting room area, front desk, and two bathrooms within the building to use. There are multiple outlets in the room, as well as a couch, chair and lamp.

There is free parking outside the building as well as street parking.
General Rules
1. No smoking or alcohol on the premises
2. Outside catering is allowed but must be stored in the break room to avoid ants
3. Noise must be kept to a speaking tone volume as this is a clinical setting
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a ring door bell at the entrance and the floor is protected through ADT.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
There is a professional cleaning team that comes every night to take out the trash, vacuum and clean any general mess.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
