General Rules ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. Move anything back so that it is returned to the way it was found. Wall decorations may be removed, but must be put back in the same position. No permanent holes may be created.

Cameras on the exterior at each point of egress, and one camera in the kitchen space that we will disable during rentals.

Health and Safety Measures

The house is deep cleaned using eco-friendly products on a weekly basis, or more often as needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
