Lighting description
We have lots of windows throughout the house, and two sets of French doors from the living room and the kitchen to the patio. Mid-afternoon the light is brightest.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The house has brand new insulation in the attic and the ample space provides for quiet rooms and living spaces. There's no noise from any appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and not near any busy streets or intersections.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded through the front entry or the garage. These entrances do not require a ramp. Loading trucks need to be moved to the side of the house if they are going to be parked for a long period of time.

The homeowner occupies the primary bedroom suite, and therefore, it is not available.

General Rules
Smoking: No smoking on the property
Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
Open Flames: No open flames inside the house, such as candles or incense.
Furniture/Décor: Do not move furniture or décor from their original positions without permission.
Kitchen: Guests have access to the microwave, coffee/tea station, and toaster. Please work with the host on use of the stovetop and oven.
Garbage: Throughout your stay, dispose of trash in designated bins inside and outside. Do not leave any food or garbage outside that could attract pests.
Equipment/Appliances: Use appliances responsibly. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use. Request assistance with the thermostat as temperatures are set for energy efficiency and comfort.
Damage/Breakage: Keep the property clean and tidy and report any damages or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
Pool/Hot Tub: Follow posted rules and guidelines for using the hot tub and pool. No glass or street shoes are allowed -- only sandals or bare feet.

Production insurance is required
Production teams and their staffs should be insured for any damage or injuries that directly result from their activity in our home.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have Ring security cameras on the exterior of the home covering the front and back yards. There's also a doorbell camera. There are no cameras inside the home. The cameras are always on and record video images.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a newly renovated properly and take a lot of pride in its cleanliness. In addition to our daily cleanings, we have a bi-weekly cleaning service that also assists with cleaning the home after guests' stays. In addition, we have a bi-monthly pest control service and a weekly landscaping service to keep our front and back yards properly maintained.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
