To achieve this, we've implemented a thorough cleaning process that is carried out between each event to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our space. **In-Between Guest Cleaning Process:** - **Surface Sanitization:** All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and workstations, are thoroughly cleaned and then sanitized with approved disinfectants. This also extends to frequently touched items like door handles, light switches, and remote controls. - **Floor Care:** Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed, depending on the material, to ensure they are free of dirt and debris. - **Restroom Refresh:** Restrooms are meticulously cleaned and sanitized, including all fixtures and high-touch areas, to ensure a hygienic environment. - **Ventilation:** After each event, we air out the space to refresh and replace the indoor air with fresh outdoor air, reducing the potential for airborne contaminants. - **Furniture and Decor:** All seating and decorative items are wiped down and disinfected to prepare for the next group of guests.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
