The whole studio space is 1,500 square feet including a welcome kitchenette common area, restroom, dresser room, and two studio rooms. You are booking Studio One which is approximately 400 square ft. with radiant natural and artificial warm ceiling lights. This space has grey hardwood floors, softboxes, stools, light stands, and our well-known theme walls: magazine theme, anime theme, gold accent wall, money wall, and more! This space is the studio where we change the wall themes periodically. This space is good for photoshoots and content creation. We are always periodically updating the photo studio furniture, props, design aesthetic, and equipment. Book us for a photo session through our Instagram studio page DM the photographer directly on Instagram or select our special Peerspace photoshoot price add-on. Our creative + photo studio in Hollywood, College Park, Maryland—proudly run by a team of accomplished professional photographers, Sean, Tre, and Victoria. Sean and Tre, the Studio’s Founders & Owners, and Victoria, Co-owner and Lead Studio Manager, bring over 15 years of combined expertise to this space. FYI: If one of the Owners has to accommodate your photoshoot/creative session by assisting, consulting, and/or teaching by any means, an add-on fee will be added to your booking.
