Rustic ranch home with walkout basement. 2 large living rooms with one overlooking a large backyard on the river. There is another living room in basement. Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. 5 bedrooms and a bathroom 1st floor and 3 beds 1 bath laundry room and family room in walkout basement with awesome courtyard/patio in back of the home. Enhanced cleaning measures:
