This large industrial zoned outdoor venue space is approximately 4000 sq.ft. and is located on the southwest side of Costa Mesa and two blocks from the Newport beach border. 1.5 miles from the beach. Large outdoor bar and kitchen with fridge and commercial sink. Custom Stage with large Bluetooth speakers and microphone. Great ambient vibe. Lots of outdoor activities such as Axe throwing, large beer pong game, jenga, Cornhole, Ring toss, Fire pits, and a bar TV. And plenty of space for additional tables and chairs. Furniture and items can be moved out or rearranged per request to your host. Capacity is 150 with plenty of space leftover for tables and activities. One large private bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity space with mirrors, and also, a new outdoor urinal and sink for men to use! A large space for any day event or night time!

Our professional cleaners arrive shortly after each checkout and finish usually an hour before check in. We've had no issues with sanitary or cleaning. We expect all renters/guests to throw away all garbage in the front dumpster and wipe down table tops, before checking out. This is much appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
