This industrial zoned outdoor venue space is approximately 4000 sq.ft. and is located on the southwest side of Costa Mesa and two blocks from the Newport beach border. 1.5 miles from the beach. Large outdoor bar and kitchen with appliances. 2 Custom Stages with large Bluetooth speakers and microphone. Lots of outdoor activities such as Axe throwing, Cornhole, Ring toss, Fire pits, Yard pong, large jenga, laser lights! With plenty of space for additional tables and chairs. One large private batroom with a toilet, shower, vanity, and cabinet space. One new outdoor bathroom for men too. Still plenty of space to create your own special event for daytime or nights!! Capacity is 150 with plenty of space left for activities and tables Additional tables and chairs are available for rent. Bartender, Taco guy, and DJ recommendations available

Our professional cleaners arrive shortly after each checkout and finish usually an hour before check in. We've had no issues with sanitary or cleaning. We expect all renters/guests to throw away all garbage in the front dumpster and wipe down table tops, before checking out. This is much appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
