This Industrial zoned outdoor Venue space is approximately 4000 sq.ft. and is located on the southwest side of Costa Mesa and two blocks from Newport beach border. 1.5 miles from the beach. Large outdoor Bar and Kitchen with appliances. Custom Stage with large Bluetooth speakers and Microphone. Lots of outdoor activities such as Axe throwing, Ping Pong, Cornhole, Ring toss, Fire pits, and even a professional Climbing wall. With plenty of space for additional tables and chairs One large private batroom with Toilet, Shower, Large vanity and cabinet space. Still plenty of space to pitch your own Tents or Crash pads..
Outside food and Outside alcohol 🍸 allowed . Please drink and drive responsibly. Free overnight parking on streets.

3 bay commercial bar sink with disposal switch under counter.
Very large bar top area and 2 stainless steel prep tables. Utensils and cookware not provided.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space is so much bigger and prettier than the pictures available online. Truly a unique space with ample parking. Everyone had so much fun with all the activities available. Todd was a very helpful and responsive host. Highly highly recommend using this space.

Todd was a very helpful and communicative host. The photos do not do the place just. Gorgeous place with so many activities for guests to do. All my guests had an amazing time. Would definitely book again and recommend it to others as well!
