Free onsite parking: Limited amount of parking (8 cars) in onsite gated lot. The warehouse rollup gate is accessible from the onsite parking area. Nearby parking lot: Within a short walk, you can park anytime (FREE) in lot P1 & P2 down the street: • Parking lot P1 is across the street from 3204 Casitas Ave • Parking lot P2 is at 3191 Casitas Ave Free street parking: Evenings after 6pm and all-day Sundays there are no restrictions on street parking. Daytime (Mon-Sat) please follow parking signs.

3 out of 4 walls have windows with bright light all day. All 6 windows have dark gray privacy blinds that roll down to filter the light. The natural light is more even during the first part of the day and more dramatic in the late afternoon.

We're on a quiet street but the main road is about 2 blocks away. You can hear a bit of traffic from time to time, and sometimes the train as the railroad track is nearby.

Stairs, Ground Floor

Loading can be done from the on-site parking lot. There's a (3 steps) stair with handrail to enter the studio.

√ No smoking in the building √ No flames (candles) √ No outdoor shoes in the STUDIO √ No metal heels or equipment that can damage or scratch the hardwood floor Overtime Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Cleaning / damages Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls or floors. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Furniture and decorations can be moved within the room. If you need to remove anytime from the room, please notify us in advance.
