We're located on the Detroit Riverfront, just east of downtown Detroit. Our 4,500 sq/ft first-floor studio offers an abundance of natural light. The main stage is 50'x50' (2,500 sq/ft) - featuring a 50' long cyclorama with a 4' radius. Another 2,000 sqft of flexible production space is available to stage-right. The building has 300 amp power, with a 100 amp dedicated box for stage power. We have a full-size bay door for easy loading and unloading, but there will be a fee (for repainting) if you need to pull a vehicle in more than 8 feet. We have a handful of grip and stands available ala carte. Hourly rentals must include time to load-in and load-out. *We are not a proper sound stage* Please let us know ahead of time if you need to record sound for your shoot. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE DIFFERENT RATES FOR PRODUCTION AND EVENT RENTALS. Hosting a gathering, offering food or drinks to guests, and arranging for event rentals & decorations all qualify as an “Event Rental”. Please book accordingly, or you will be charged for the difference in rental price upon arrival. WHY? Event rentals typically require more pre-planning, communication, site-visits from hosts and vendors, and most importantly, liability on the end of the venue. They also typically involve more guests, and require an elevated level of cleaning at the end of the event.

Please make sure that all trash is bagged, and left by the front door when you leave. The studio trashcans should be left empty, and re-bagged. If shooting with props or deco, please make sure the stage is swept clean at the end of your shoot. No leftover food may be left in the space.
