After each event at Party House, we follow a thorough cleaning procedure to ensure the space is pristine for our next guests:General Cleaning: Our team conducts a comprehensive sweep of the entire venue, removing any debris, trash, or leftover items from the event.Surface Disinfection: All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and seating areas, are carefully wiped down and disinfected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.Floor Care: Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as needed to remove any dirt or spills, leaving them fresh and spotless.Bathroom Sanitization: Restrooms undergo a meticulous cleaning process, including disinfection of surfaces, replenishment of toiletries, and ensuring all fixtures are clean and operational. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied and liners replaced to eliminate any lingering odors and maintain a tidy environment.Inspecting for Damage: Our team conducts a final inspection to identify any damage or maintenance issues that may require attention, ensuring the space is in optimal condition for future events.By adhering to these cleaning procedures after each event, we strive to provide our guests with a welcoming and hygienic environment for their gatherings at Party House.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
