Our Live Room features 820 sq. ft. of acoustically treated space, fully wrapped in premium sound-absorbing velour drapes for optimal sound quality and comfort. This versatile space is ideal for open jams, close & personal shows, small gatherings, church services, workshops, presentations, and small listening parties. Included amenities: -Chairs, tables, and couches (rearrangeable to suit your event setup) -Drum shield -Fridge Full backline setup, including: -PA system with recording function -Amps -Condenser and dynamic microphones Whether you're planning a casual jam or a focused workshop, the Live Room offers a comfortable and professional environment tailored to your needs.

Throughout cleaning of the facility is performed on a daily basis, including lobby, studios, lounge area, bathrooms and parking lot. Booked events are space out to allow proper cleaning of each individual studio and venue spaces.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
