About the Space
The studio has four (4) different ballrooms of different dimensions available for rent for photo shoots. All four have multiple power outlets for lighting equipment and battery chargers. Two of them have large windows with natural light, the other two are garden level with no windows.

Parking description
There is parking available immediately next to the building, wrapping around the building. We can fit up to 30 passenger-sized vehicles for photo shoots.
General Rules
Guests renting space are free to travel through the space rented within their particular time slot. They may travel through all public walkways and areas that lead to their work space. During the time they are working in the studio, Guests renting space are expected to keep noise levels below 60 decibels out of respect for other dancers and workers using the space. It is the expectation of the Guest that all studios and workspaces used are cleaned and returned to the state they were found in before departing, or additional cleaning fees will be assessed.
We are a creative studio with many different activities taking place. We look forward to welcoming new members of the community who are looking to create into our building!
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All public spaces (ballrooms and walkways) and entry/exit ways are monitored by security cameras. They will be on at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio maintains a daily disinfectant and cleaning process. Hand sanitizer and face masks are available at the desk.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
