This spacious 2000sq ft. industrial loft provides a ton of natural light coming in through its Eastern facing, floor to ceiling windows. Its industrial chic design provide for great production, photography, event imagery. Restrooms are available as well. ******PLEASE READ!!!****** The given REGULAR times are (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7PM) are the available hours that this loft is available. ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A RATE OF $45/HOUR. 110 Electricity is provided. Restrooms are available. If inquiring about booking under the 2 hour minimum. A premium total of $60 will be charged per hour under 2 hours. e.g. 1 hour = $60 *******NOTE****** ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON VARIABLES OF THE PRODUCTION. Enhanced cleaning measures: High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
