About the Space
Welcome home to this spacious home in Suwanee. Plenty of space to move around and relax including a formal living room, family room with high ceilings, back patio, and two eating areas. The spacious kitchen is well stocked with all of the tools and appliances to make a simple breakfast or an intricate family gathering meal. The bedrooms are upstairs with large bathrooms. The laundry room is also upstairs with newer machines. There are 3 brand new smart TVs in the living room, family room, and owner's bedroom. The backyard is fully fenced. Near shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation. This is a wonderful house to call home while you are visiting/working in the area or even to film or have a birthday party.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The perfect home to have our daughter’s 1st bday. Very spacious! I loved that there were many spaces for people to mingle in. The host was great and very responsive!

So thankful to our host Adee. Our original event space fell through and we needed a rental space at the last minute for a graduation party. Adee was very responsive and answered all our questions. The home was nice and accommodated my family of ~30. The home provided everything we needed and the host only asked to ensure the house was clean and trash bags out. They provided cleaning supplies needed to ensure home was clean. My only thing was the trash bins were already full, but the host was made aware ahead of time. The neighborhood was lovely and I will keep this place in mind for another event. Would highly recommend!
