Here's a simple overview of our cleaning process for our 2,000 sqft rental event space, designed to give you peace of mind before you arrive: 1. Surface Cleaning: We start by thoroughly cleaning all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and chairs, using commercial-grade disinfectants to eliminate germs and bacteria. 2. Floor Care: Our cleaning team sweeps and mops the floors to remove any dust, dirt, or debris. For hard surfaces, we use appropriate cleaning solutions to achieve a sparkling finish. 3. Restroom Sanitization: Restrooms are given special attention, with a focus on disinfecting all fixtures, wiping down surfaces, and restocking essential amenities such as hand soap and paper towels. 4. Trash Removal: We empty and replace trash bags in all waste receptacles to maintain cleanliness throughout the space. 5. Touchpoint Disinfection: High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and handrails are thoroughly sanitized to reduce the risk of germ transmission. 6. Final Inspection: Before your arrival, our team conducts a final inspection to ensure that every corner of the event space is spotless and ready for your use. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
