About the Space
-Our studio is an open space of 500 sqft, with a high ceiling, a full-size bathroom, a bathtub space, French semi-circle windows, Wabi-sabi style, and glass folding doors that can be opened to connect to the deck outdoor space. Included in the backyard space is a total of 2000 sqft. -This Venue is perfect for Bridal showers, Baby showers, Bachelorette parties, Birthday parties, and mini backyard Weddings. Pop-up stores and Private lessons are also great. Club parties can also be held. -The studio has two four-person sofas and a two-person rattan chair, which can be moved to the outdoor deck if necessary. we had an awesome experience at this space. Virl Z was a great host and all our friends loved how stylish and well done the backyard was and the studio unit was huge too. Also super clean stylish bathrooms. would recommend this place for parties, plenty of parking on the street too.

Virl is an absolute gem and a wonderful host! She was incredibly responsive to all my inquires. I threw an intimate 30th birthday party with my close friends and immediate family and her space exceeded beyond my expectations! I loved how quaint, chic and well-maintained her backyard and indoor space was. She was super helpful in the process of decorating and very accommodating to the guest and myself. I would highly recommend booking her place again in the future :)

We hosted our baby shower at this location. The place is beautiful and the studio and the deck with curtains added so much elegance to our theme. Virl is a good host and good with all communication. She also helped us last minute with a knife for cake cutting. This was our first time booking through peerspace . Overall , the the place is beautiful and good experience with the host.
