Enjoy our renovated charming 1979 home. -Smoking allowed outside only. -Private fenced-in driveway parking preferred. -NO fires in the fireplace. -Children under 6-year-old are not allowed to be on the top bunk bed. -Swim at your own risk. -Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at time of checkout.
