Welcome to our Modern Cowboy Cabana Bunkhouse. The perfect blend of Texas western charm and contemporary comfort, nestled in the EPICENTER of Dallas/Fort Worth. Enjoy our renovated charming 1979 home. -Smoking allowed outside only. -Private fenced-in driveway parking preferred. -NO fires in the fireplace. -Children under 6-year-old are not allowed to be on the top bunk bed. -Swim at your own risk. -Guests will compensate the host for any broken, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen items at time of checkout.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has additional space outdoors
