This Arts Space is a vibrant new art venue in the heart of North Oakland's Longfellow neighborhood. An opulant plant paradise equipped with a musical back line and PA system, it's the perfect place for: Birthday Parties Corporate Events Rehearsals Workshops Photo Shoots Video Shoots Intimate Music Events and more! Newly launched by two BIPOC women musicians/doctorate holders, a space where creativity and community can flourish. Book your event today!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
