What kind of lighting is available, and how much natural light does the space receive? Our studio boasts an abundance of natural light throughout the day, courtesy of large windows that create soft, diffused lighting ideal for photography and film. The space is oriented to maximize daylight, providing a warm and inviting feel to the space that enhances any shoot. Additionally, we offer a variety of lighting equipment available for use, including multiple styles of LED lighting including adjustable panels and bi-color handhelds, clip-style work lights, and Bowen and Tungsten lights to ensure you can achieve the perfect lighting setup for your project.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our studio is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, offering an oasis of calm perfect for production shoots requiring minimal background noise. The serene atmosphere of our location is characterized by almost complete silence, making it an ideal setting for capturing clear audio recordings, whether for film, social media shoots with video components, or sound-sensitive projects. Neighbor Noise: Our studio benefits from being situated in a very quiet area with little to no neighbor noise. The peaceful environment ensures that your recordings are free from unwanted interruptions, allowing for a focused and productive shooting experience. Street Noise: We are not located on a busy street, further contributing to the quietness of the space. There is no traffic or pedestrian noise. Appliance Noise: The only source of ambient noise within the studio itself is an air conditioning unit, which can be easily turned off during shoots to maintain a silent environment.

What are the parking and loading options? Our studio offers convenient parking options for all crew, including a large free parking lot on-site. For loading and unloading equipment, the front double-doors open directly to the lot where vehicles can park to facilitate easy access. We strive to make the logistics of your production as smooth as possible, so please let us know if you have specific vehicle or equipment needs, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Yes, the furniture and decorations in our studio can be moved or removed to suit the specific requirements of your shoot. We understand the importance of flexibility in creating the perfect scene, and our space is designed to accommodate these needs. We kindly ask that any adjustments to the space be discussed in advance, and we require that all items be returned to their original positions at the end of your booking to ensure the integrity of our vintage decor.

Health and Safety Measures

Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. A professional cleaner is hired in between each booking to properly sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
