The other side is designed for seating and dining but is also a flexible space that can be a completely open area depending on your needs. This versatile and practical venue combines charm with state-of-the-art equipment, free Wi-Fi, and exceptional capabilities, making it an ideal setting for both professional and social gatherings AMENITIES TV for slideshows, space for 100, HDMI cables + adapters LOCATION This building is located in Carlsbad's first LEED development, The Towers at Bressi Ranch, offering an attractive setting in a first-class community and home to a unique blend of shops, services, restaurants, and eateries. HOURS Event rental hours are 5:00 p.m. to midnight, and we ask renters to be cleaned up and out of the space before midnight as the doors will lock at midnight. We ask that renters schedule a time to view the space before booking to ensure our space meets your event needs, and our business hours available to book these tours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
