About the Space

Our dynamic, multipurpose event space boasts a unique blend of versatility, practicality, and charm as it serves as an ideal setting for professional and social gatherings alike. The Space also includes state-of-the-art equipment and capabilities plus free WIFI! AMENITIES TV for slideshows, space for 100, HDMI cables + adapters LOCATION This building is located in Carlsbad's first LEED development, The Towers at Bressi Ranch, offering an attractive setting in a first-class community and home to a unique blend of shops, services, restaurants, and eateries. HOURS Event rental hours are 5:00 p.m. to midnight, and we ask renters to be cleaned up and out of the space before midnight as the doors will lock at midnight. We ask that renters schedule a time to view the space before booking to ensure our space meets your event needs, and our business hours available to book these tours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We'd love to host your next networking event, team-building event, workshop, and more!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
