AMENITIES TV for slideshows, space for 50, HDMI cables + adapters LOCATION This building is located in Carlsbad's first LEED development, The Towers at Bressi Ranch, offering an attractive setting in a first-class community and home to a unique blend of shops, services, restaurants, and eateries. HOURS Event rental hours are 5:00 p.m. to midnight, and we ask renters to be cleaned up and out of the space before midnight as the doors will lock at midnight. We ask that renters schedule a time to view the space before booking to ensure our space meets your event needs, and our business hours available to book these tours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. PRICING 40% discount for nonprofits. Setup and cleanup are not included. ADDITIONAL FEES FOR EVENTS - IF ANY SERVICE BELOW IS NEEDED, PLEASE INQUIRE - If you need us to move our furniture will be an additional $30/hr. - If you need any support staff on our end it will be an additional $30/hr. - You can either provide your own cleaning service or it will be an additional $25/hr to use our cleaning staff depending on their availability.
