When approaching site you’re greeted with 4 horses inside a white vinyl fence. The best features of this site are the river birch trees that over look the horse field, renovated content horse stable space, rose garden, pool area , tree house and a variety of open fields all made for lifestyle, family and company visuals/gatherings. Collectively You have access to 7 acres of yard space, the renovated stable and open field, rose garden and its open field, pool (must sign a waiver)tree house and birth trees with swing. We are excited to see all that you create and the memories that you will make. - Add On the Petty Zoo experience - Pool access ( you’re responsible for your guest and must sign waivers ) - 7 acres of yard space Message us to take pictures with chickens, ducks and goats. Horses can’t go out of fence, you can take pictures with them on the other side fence. They’re super sweet and will come to you if you call them. 1 male 3 females.
