There is a free public lot to the left of the building.

We are on a busy street. There is road noise.

Brand new electrical system though out building. Plenty of outlets. If you need access to the circuit breaker let us know.

1. Respect the Space: Treat our venue with care and respect. Please refrain from damaging any property or belongings. 2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue and within 25 feet of the entrance. 3. No Glitter: To maintain cleanliness and ease of cleanup, please refrain from using glitter or confetti. 4. Parking: Park in the free public parking lot located to the left of the building on the corner of Trade & Gaston St. Do not block the driveway as it is shared with our neighbors. 5. Appointment Times: Appointment times are not flexible. Please arrive and wrap at your scheduled time to ensure smooth transitions between bookings. 6. Cleanliness: Leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess or damage occurs. 7. Furniture and Equipment: Handle all furniture and equipment with care. Return items to their original placement after use. 8. Smoke Machines: Smoke machines are not allowed on the premises. 9. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the host. 10. Onsite Presence: Someone will always be onsite during your session. We are here to help move furniture but otherwise will stay out of your way in the kitchen or basement. 11. Child Supervision: All ages are welcome in our space, but please watch your children. We are a historic building on a very busy road. Please don't let children play on the staircase. 12. Clean Up: Please clean up after yourself. Leave the venue as you found it and place trash in the trash cans provided. 13. Wall Hangings: Do not hang anything on the walls, as they are 175-year-old plaster and it will flake off. Backdrop stands can be provided if you would like to hang something. 14. Stands: If bringing in stands, please put tennis balls on the feet to prevent them from scratching the floor. A bag of tennis balls is available onsite if needed. By booking our space on PeerSpace, you agree to abide by these rules and any additional guidelines provided by the host.
