About the Space

20’W X 12’D X 10’H pink bedroom set for photo and video productions - This set includes a california king bed with connected night stands, a vanity set up, console table, wall mirror and 2 standing lamps- All sets are original, unique and modular. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. Unlimited creative potential Logistics - Street access for easy load-in / out - Ample street parking - We have 4 skylights on our property, we generally have them covered 100% of the time. However, due to Mother Nature we cannot control when or if they will be blown off. Please bring flags and other production equipment to block light from the inside as we do not have roof access through our unit and cannot guarantee access to the roof. - We have large front doors made of glass that filters in a lot of light. If you need those doors covered, please bring what you need to cover them as we do not have anything for production on hand. -We are located in a warehouse. We do NOT have central heating. Please bring what you need to keep warm during fall / winter months. - The listed cleaning fee is the site rep fee. The site rep fee could increase based off number of people / productions over 10 hours. - NO OTHER ROOMS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. Special rates associated with booking the space: PRICING LISTED for 10 person still photography. Inquire with host for 10+ or video/commercial shoots. Overtime will be billed in one hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in one hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate for the first two hours and then 2 times the hourly rate for each hour after that . The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Please note that a lot of these items are vintage and require a great deal of care when repositioning. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged. This listing DOES NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO OUR ENTIRE SPACE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO FILM IN THE OTHER ROOMS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST ASSOCIATED WITH THAT. Please read our description to see what rooms / sets are included. ★ All crew and talent must take off their shoes when walking through our sets. You must provide booties to cover your shoes, talent can wear shoes while filming / shooting as long as bottoms of the shoes are clean. ★Crews at/over 30 ppl will be required to check with host / owner before making booking. ★ Furniture is for talent ONLY. Please bring what you need for crew. ★ Food and drinks are NOT allowed within the sets. Please eat outside or in the open area in the front of the warehouse. ★ Beds CANNOT be moved. ★ ALL stands must be covered with tennis balls or something to protect carpet and floors. ★ NO smoking on the premises. ★ NO PETS unless approved for production. ★ Heavy body make-up is not permitted to be used indoors on furniture seeing as it stains them. ★ NO FAKE BLOOD OR GLITTER allowed under any circumstance. ★ No standing on the furniture. ★ No sitting on the back of furniture (i.e. the couches or beds). ★ You are required to clear the premises at your wrap time. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. WE HAVE NO GRACE PERIODS. Overtime will be billed in one hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate for the first two hours and then 2 times the hourly rate for each hour after that . ★ We have hard in and hard out times please do not show up before your scheduled start time and we need to see taillights at your scheduled end time. As stated above we DO NOT have grace periods so if you are on our property after your booking time is up, you will be charged for the full hour. ★ Every person that comes through the studio during your production is counted as a head. Please note that we do NOT allow the switching out of ppl. EX. If you have 10 ppl it needs to be the same 10 ppl the entire day. "Switching" will increase your headcount and we will charge accordingly. Prices are reflected on the listing. ★ Productions over the headcount of 15 people will incur additional cleaning costs ranging from $50-$75 (flat fee). ★ Production must carry out their own trash, any bags left behind will incur a fee ★ We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. - Production insurance is not required -Furniture and decorations may be moved All furniture and props are able to be moved. However, it is the responsibility of the production to make sure that all props and furniture are put back exactly where they are supposed to go. The only pieces of furniture that cannot be moved are any of the beds. -Smoke machines are allowed -Foam machines are allowed in tubs only -Bubble machines are allowed but need approval from host /owner
