About the Space
Our 1800 sq.ft studio space is very well designed and organized in every detail. It is ideal for portraits, table-top, interviews, insert shots and so much more. Features fully equipped commercial prep kitchen designed to make video and/or still shoots for food products both efficient and impressive. There's professional grip and lighting equipment on site and available to rent a'la carte. Separate conference room with coffee bar, loading dock with roll up door and all the little necessities typically needed for a successful production. The stage is also ideal for casting sessions, wardrobe fittings and as a production office. There's 12' wide seamless backgrounds in white, thunder grey and black on a chain driven system. No windows for total control of your lighting.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Gary was wonderful to work with, he is very helpful, and has excellent communication! The space is also fabulous, modern, clean and open, it is an unexpected gem. We hosted a first time home buyers class for heath care professionals with great success. We plan to use this space again for other real estate focused events, meetings, agent photoshoots & video content.

Great low key space for tabletop and head/shoulders. Conference room with windows for clients to lurk. Fair amount of grip annd EQ anvailable to rent. All the little extras too (coffee, kitchen, fridge, kitchenware, etc). Great dining options close. Rollup is a plus, would def rent again from Gary.
