About the Space
1,500 square foot warehouse space with a 14'W x 14'D x 12'H cyclorama wall centered on the back wall. Large projector screen and projector installed that can be pulled down over the cyc wall. UPON REQUEST, AT NO ADDITIONAL FEE: access to 1 large dining table and 12 dining chairs, 1 sofas, 1 coffee tables, 1 rug, and 4 club chairs. ADDITIONAL FURNITURE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE: round or rectangular banquet tables and chairs up to 40 people. Additional lounge furniture, bar, and seating for large film and performance viewings of up to 40 people. Ideal for: --photo/video shoots --small events/gatherings --art shows --workshops --film viewing --creative gatherings --corporate lectures and workshops PARKING: Parking is reserved for HOST AND VENDORS ONLY. Up to 4 spots are reserved. NO EVENT ATTENDEE PARKING AVAILABLE.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This studio gave us plenty of options for each of our looks. I would recommend this space if you're shooting later in the day, however I don't believe there is central air so it was quite chilly in the morning. Overall a positive experience despite the lack of heat.

The space was absolutely amazing! I was able to fit in all of my guests and more. the ambience of the space was perfect for our art show and performances. The hosts were so accommodating I was blown away. I had so many questions and they were always happy to provide answers, never backing away and above and beyond. thank you so much for everything!

Loved this space! It was perfect for our event, a great intimate vibe for a decent amount of people! There were so many excellent resources on hand like plugs and furniture. Alyssa & Tim were excellent hosts, very flexible and supportive! We definitely hope to use this space in the future!
