In our commitment to providing a safe and clean environment for all our guests, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning protocol that aligns with Peerspace’s guidelines and best practices. Professional Cleaning Between Bookings: Our venue is thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners between each booking to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. This includes, but is not limited to, sanitizing all surfaces, door handles, and common areas using approved disinfectants. Spaced Out Bookings: To allow ample time for our enhanced cleaning process, bookings are spaced out appropriately. This scheduling ensures that there is sufficient time to clean and ventilate the space thoroughly before the next group arrives. Focus Areas: • High-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and countertops are disinfected multiple times throughout the cleaning process. • Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized with special attention to faucets, toilet handles, and door locks. • Seating areas and workspaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between use. Supplies for Guests: We provide disposable wipes, and other cleaning supplies for guests to use during their booking to help maintain the cleanliness of the space. Ventilation: Before and after each booking, we ensure that the space is well-ventilated by opening our shutter doors, to circulate fresh air. By adhering to these stringent cleaning and safety protocols, we aim to ensure that all guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at our venue.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
