About the Space
Welcome to Wander West Showroom. This space is a showroom inspired creative space in Costa Mesa, California. Warehouse space is an 900 square feet space great for photo shoots with its high ceilings and garage rollup for natural lighting. It also has its own private bathroom located in the warehouse. . It has its own entrance into the warehouse space from the parking lot. All the furniture, shelves, and pony walls you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. The loft space above is off limits to guests. There is no heat or AC in the warehouse. We do have a front space that you can rent in addition. Please see our other listing to rent entire space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Great easy experience! And beautiful space! One note, the neighbors and adjacent road can be a little loud at times so keep that in mind if you’re recording video/audio. Only was an issue since we were recording sound, but any photo shoot or other event would be completely perfect! Loved it and will be back
