About the Space
Welcome to Wander West Showroom. This space is 1300 square foot showroom Multi-functional creative space in Costa Mesa, California. This space is great for meetings, small events, art shows or small gatherings. It has interesting angles that segment it off for different uses. It has it's own bathroom, kitchenette and it's own entrance from the front of building. All the furniture, shelves, tables, rolling racks etc you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. Its also has heating and AC. There is a small space that you can close double doors and use for storage. We do have a warehouse space that you can rent in addition. The 2 spaces can be connected by double doors and be used as one space or closed off for individual use. Please see our other listing to rent entire space.

We only have a refrigerator and a sink
We have one long big table and benches that can be moved around we also have 3 wooden table that can be used.
We have 2 lounge chairs and also another set in our back ware house that can be used.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

We hosted a first birthday party at this venue. The showroom was beautiful and unique, and most importantly clean! Elsa was great at communicating and offering suggestions leading up to our event. We loved the freedom to move things around and make the space our own. Our guests had so many compliments. Thank you so much!

We and our guest were happy with the space. Elsa had gone above and beyond to get the space ready for us. She ensured we had all we need and feel comfortable with the space.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Elsa has been the most AMAZING host. I had booked another venue for a bridal shower 5 months out but the host cancelled 10 days before our event. I found this space and Elsa was incredibly quick to communicate (within 2hrs) and was super accommodating by sending tons of pictures of the venue and pictures of the provided furniture because I didn't have time to physically view the space. The space itself was absolutely gorgeous. What I personally liked most about this venue was that there were sectioned off rooms for specific activities but there was also a giant open area mingling. There is one bathroom, one kitchenette (very small so no actual cooking can be done but very useful if you just need to store food), and TONS of storage space to tuck away items you don't want guests to see. The host provided a lot of furniture (like tables, chairs, bluetooth speaker system) so the space is very flexible if you have a lot of people or if you only have a small group (20) like my event. There is a separate parking lot but it's not near the front of the venue, it's in the back. It's mostly free street parking, but not impossible to find. Overall, I had a GREAT experience with the host herself and the venue and for an incredibly last minute booking she was so helpful.
