About the Space
Film shoots , Music Videos, Commercials. Fashion shows, Live concerts, Birthdays, Cocktail Parties, Conventions, Weddings, Receptions, Theatrical shows, Literally anything you can think of there is lots of space. You will have access to front and back patio / warehouse as well as lobby and loft area. Should you want the kitchen as well please discuss with us in advance as the kitchen area and back office are not included unless arranged ahead of time. We offer a really cool WWII style hangar that looks like an air hanger witch arched distressed metal walls and ceiling. Beautiful skylights that you can black out should you need. 2 bathrooms (plus a staff bathroom separate)

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
