With an abundance of natural light, our space is ideal for film shoots, music video shoots, content creation, meetings, baby showers, wedding showers, intimate dinners/brunches, photo shoots, and more! Features — - Open Full Kitchen perfect for caterers, with a large island for serving or buffet style - Dining Area seats 6 but can be expanded to 8 or 10 upon request (small fee for extra chairs) - Family/Game room w/65” mounted smart TV, air hockey, and pool table. - Spacious backyard/patio with lounge furniture, hammock, and firepit for outdoor entertaining (lawn games: giant connect four, cornhole, and golf putting game available on request) - Artificial turf in the backyard, easy for guests to walk on - Extra mini fridge in the garage

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
