Photo shoots, video production and party/events can be held at this property. Huge salt water pool 25×36 with spa that holds 10 people +. 2 pool houses can be used for whatever activity you need. They are both AC and heated. Fire pit area, huge covered patio (12x40). Beautiful lighting at night very private space. We now have a RV attached to the space, with full bathroom. Use of the RV living area is extra bathroom come included

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
