Built by Robert Rummer and adapting the indoor outdoor living concept, this home has been preserved in all the right ways with original tongue and groove natural wood ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, original wood wall paneling, original polished concrete slab flooring as well as marble flooring in many areas. This home boasts an internal atrium that helps flood the space with natural light in addition to the clerestory windows and floor to ceiling east facing glass walls that flood the space with natural light. The Japanese garden landscape in the front yard and original stained cedar siding are a jaw dropping sight to behold and perfect for video and photos as well. The home is a Claude Oakland design originally drawn for California's Eichler homes and adapted and built here in Portland, Oregon by Robert Rummer.
