One of the standout features of the studio is the themed sets available. From victorian to vintage-inspired our vibrant studio rooms provide endless opportunities for creative expression. Additional pink/teal themed washroom included! PARKING SITUATION: I recommend you park behind our building if there is space. There is also street parking and Green P parking across the street. There are also tons of lots in the area as well as metered street parking. After 5pm there is lots more open street parking.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

One of my favorite shoots ever! This location offers so many amazing and visually stimulating scenes. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our needs for the shoot. They really give you complete control of the space. We moved lots of furniture and props around to build the exact sets that we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Daniel was great! From the moment the space was booked he was extremely helpful in coordinating the details. Everything from finding the place to parking to supplying props for the shoot. Communication was easy and straightforward. The rooms in the studio were really well done and unique. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thanks!

Amazing space! We used it to shoot a music video for my newest single and it gave the perfect euphoric vibe, super fun and colourful. Daniel was a great host, he was super helpful and kind :)
