Our Bright Modern Event Space in Denver's 4,200 sq. ft. of unique event space in the Arts District of Denver offers the beauty found in some of Denver's most historic buildings: original exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, open beams, and concrete floors offer a blank canvas for you to envision your next event. Our venue serves as an event space for corporate events, networking events, galas, wedding ceremonies & receptions, mitzvahs, quinceañeras, workshops, birthday parties, photoshoots, and so much more. Need an event planner? We do that too! From weddings to mitzvahs, milestone celebrations and more, we love a good party and we know a thing or two about planning it. 828 Planning is composed of our expert team of planners who work with you every step of the way to ensure a seamless event from start to finish.   • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
