With state-of-the-art equipment, free Wi-Fi, and exceptional capabilities, these spaces provide an ideal setting for both professional and social gatherings. PRICING (PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING) - Regular events will be $100/hr. - For professional corporate event, please inquire. - All other events will be $100/hr. - If you need any support staff on our end for the event, it will be an additional $30/hr. You can either provide your own cleaning service or it will be an additional $25/hr to use our cleaning staff depending on their availability. AMENITIES TV for Presentations, seating for 14, HDMI cables + adapters LOCATION This building is located in Carlsbad's first LEED development, The Towers at Bressi Ranch, offering an attractive setting in a first-class community and home to a unique blend of shops, services, restaurants, and eateries. HOURS Event rental hours are 5:00 p.m. to midnight, and we ask renters to be cleaned up and out of the space before midnight as the doors will lock at midnight. We ask that renters schedule a time to view the space before booking to ensure our space meets your event needs, and our business hours available to book these tours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Participants must abide to the waste sorting guidelines provided on the tops of each bin (recycling, soft plastics, landfill, and compost). Please make sure to keep our areas clean and sort your waste properly as we are a sustainable business! We have a cleaning company that comes two times per week. Please do not remove the soft plastics recycling bag. This bag is part of a special recycling program and is not a regular trash bag—it costs money to replace. Feel free to add soft plastics to it during your booking, but please leave the bag in place when you leave. Thanks for helping us keep things sustainable!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
